I really, really, really hate squats and lunges. RB's new favorite torture exercise is front to back lunge/squat thingys. They suck big donkey balls. (Grandma, I apologize for saying big donkey balls, but FatLady is just tellin' it how it is).
I came in strong this morning and fizzled out about half way through the workout, but that is what happens when he starts with lunges and squats. I am doing really well with my upper body workouts. I can feel my muscles firing up. I HATE the balance on your butt exercise and hold your hands and feet in the air - and then lower and raise your legs slowly. That is a definite ab screamer exercise.
I need to do more cardio. It is so hard to find time! Crazy FatLady is taking a summer class that meets 2X per week for 3 1/2 hours! It is insane. But I will prevail.
This weekend's goal - 1 cardio session and one body mass session. And definite horse time.

PS - I am quite creative. RB can stand for Robert-Bob OR Rat Bastard (Grandma, I apologize for saying Rat Bastard - But in my defense you would TOTALLY agree with me if you were in my place). You will have to read into FatLady's tone to decifer which context she is using in the moment. Fair enough, eh =D
